Defkalion – New Job Positions

In April, Defkalion Green Technologies posted employment opportunities for several engineers and a few management positions.
- One robotics engineer
- One project manager
- Two training engineers
- Two product development specialist
- One design engineer
- Three mechanical engineers
- Two development engineers
- Two electrical engineers
- One systems engineer
- Two application engineers
- One chemical engineer
- Two laboratory measurement operators
- One information and network engineer
They have now updated the job positions that are available with a lot fewer engineers and more management staff. It is unclear if they already filled the other positions. What they are showing now is the following:
- One factory manager
- Three mechanical engineers
- Two chemical engineers
- On manager with experience in initiating and handling multinational and large accounts for product parts in energy applications
- Three staff with experience in procurement policies
- One manager 10 years experience international logistics
- Four supervisors with minimum 3 years experience
- One sales manager 10 years experience in Balkan countries
- Three sales persons for B2B clients in Balkan countries
- Two media relations (Greek and International)
- One conference manager and public relations
- Seven international accounts executive for different areas:
South East Europe / North & Central Europe / North America / South America / Africa / Asia / Middle East - One Accounting Manager
- One Administration Manager
- Two Accounting Staff
- One HR Manager with experience in companies of more than 250 employees and international accounts
- Three HR Supervisors
They seem to be gearing up to build their design, management, and sales forces. It’s unclear if they filled some of the previous positions that were on their list or have revised their plan for implementation. In the meantime, we wait for some hard data from the independent testing.
