Rossi Claims 600 Degrees for New E-Cat
| May 20, 2012 | Posted by admin under Andrea Rossi |
For some time, Andrea Rossi has claimed that his LENR device becomes unstable temperatures much above 200 C. Recently on his blog, he has claimed the achievement of 600 C.
Dear Franco:
We are working with good stability at 600 Celsius degrees. This, if confirmed by the next tests, clearly opens all the possible doors.
Warm Regards,
A.R.
p.s. Today, Saturday May 19th,right now, 6.10 p.m. in Miami, I am working at 600 Celsius with the new E-Cat
Hopefully, Mr. Rossi has achieved stable operation, as he has claimed, at that temperature as it opens up the possibility of infinite COP with electricity generation. This would truly be a world-changing technology, and would put Mr. Rossi at the front of the pack in LENR development. A completely self-sustained device would be an effective way to silence skepticism.
Robert Godes of Brillouin Energy is also reportedly set to start working on a high temperature boiler with hopes of using it to replace coal in existing power plants. Although he is hopeful about his design and understanding of process, Mr. Rossi appears to be in the lead if his results hold.
News flash from a condo in Florida!
By the way NONE of these guys have ever sold (to a verified customer) or had any independent tests done on any such devices. NONE.
Not Rossi,DGT, Brillioun, Black light power none, nada, zilch.
They All make “press releases” from time to time to keep up the interest.
So do you think all of these guys/companies have nothing?
Do you think the phenomena is real?
From what I see there is no evidence any of them have a product that they will ever bring to market.
If no product is brought to market and no independent test data is produced how could one ever tell if they have something or not?
Meanwhile check out NASA looks like they are doing real research at langley research center.
LENR research.
It is difficult for me to see how you think there is “no evidence.” I could see how someone could say, “no compelling evidence.” Which is maybe what you mean. There have been a number of scientists who have conducted tests and have found the results to be favorable.
I find that to be compelling evidence, but I can see how not everyone would be convinced. I’m reserving judgment on who will actually commercialize LENR, but I do believe it will happen. I find it unlikely that none of these companies will be able to bring a product to market. But I’m happy to concede that it is a possibility.
I am excited about the work going on at NASA, and hope they are able to contribute to the theoretical understanding of LENR.
A scientist observing a controlled demonstration is not an “independent test”.
Yes an “independent test” would be “compelling evidence” as would a device that is marketed and sold.
What i have immense trouble with is the lack of “compelling evidence” when it would be so easy to provide it.
Not just to silence critics who cares about critics?
But to move this thing forward. Once there is “compelling evidence” every Joe Schmoe will be onboard! It would be a tremendous event if any of these companies are able to market a device!
I agree that a controlled demonstration is not as compelling as an independent test. Defkalion has supposedly had independent tests performed, but where’s the data?
And, nothing would be more compelling than a device being sold at the Home Depot.
Yes I must agree.
I have been following the Rossi saga ever since a friend at work asked me about it. Actually quite extensively (not anywhere near the “Krivit Level”).
All I can say is I was quite excited at the first Demo and became quite unexcited by the last Demo.
Subsequently I became even more unexcited for reasons that really are too lengthy to post in a forum especially since I find debating the issue to be quite boring.
Somehow the issue of the Ecat has become “entangled” so to speak with LENR.
That is why I asked you to look up Langely.
I am sorry I believe that all of these various companies really may have nothing. With all the “evidence” I have seen I can come to no other conclusion.
However this is my opinion only.
I must appreciate your honesty. Because honesty is what is sorely lacking on the internet and all forms of media.
The promotion of “agendas” is seriously corrupting us and taking it’s toll as we all fall sway to “conspiracies” and in the end cannot sort out truth from fiction.
If we we lose the ability to sort out truth from fiction we all lose. We will have no Democracy.
Always be honest.
Yes, I must admit to struggling to sort the wheat from the chaff. I am aware of NASA’s Langley research center, and it looks like they have some pretty cool plans for basic science on the subject.
I did do a post on that before:
http://lenr-coldfusion.com/2012/05/24/nasas-zawodny-on-a-new-experiment/
I’m no supporter of any one company, and concede that some, or perhaps even all, of these companies may never have a product that reaches the market. I do find enough research on LENR is available that is compelling that something is going on, and there is a real effect.
My agenda is that I would like to see a commercialized LENR product. Cheaper energy can perhaps lead to greater freedom in my opinion. The truth matters to me greatly, and I would be happy to say I am wrong about there being a real LENR effect. Up until probably a year ago, I thought cold fusion had been thoroughly debunked and was happy to categorize it as pseudoscience. I rarely gave it a second thought. The more I have looked into it, the more compelling I have found it.
Yes I also I must agree. Although LENR has always been to me a “real effect”. Just to what degree it can be controlled and used as an energy source is difficult to experimentally replicate.
And until we have the “THEORY OF LENR”
we may NEVER know how to replicate it or even know when we have achieved it!
That is why basic research is needed and not “distractions”!
I strongly urge you to read the book, which I had to read several times!
The book is called “In Search of Schrödinger’s Cat: Quantum Physics and Reality”
That will show you how difficult it is to describe reality.
And how “mainstream science” is really not so “mainstream”!
