Brillouin Energy – ICCF-17 Paper

A new paper is available regarding experiments conducted on Brillouin Energy’s electrolytic LENR reactor. Their theory regarding what is taking place in LENR is explained as well as evidence regarding a causal relationship between Q pulses and generated excess heat.
To my mind, this is a very significant paper. For one, we have a confirmation of Dr. Michael McKubre/SRI’s involvement in validating the device. The paper lists Francis Tanzella and Michael McKubre as co-authors (both of SRI). In the past, we essentially had only Robert Godes’ claims about Dr. McKubre’s involvement in validating the device, but we now have a confirmation of that involvement.
The most recent experimental results indicted that they were able to achieve greater than 100% of excess heat production with the cell (COP=2). The report notes that they hope to achieve 300% as a next milestone. These are test cells, and it does not seem that they are producing power at a level that would be commercially viable yet. According to Godes in the recent past, they are working towards building and testing reactors that can achieve commercially viable levels of output with SRI.
The field is truly heating up with more demonstrations and validations of the LENR phenomena.
