Defkalion Learning the Ropes

Peter Gluck, of the blog EGO OUT, has published an interview with John Hadjichristos, Chief Technology Officer of Defkalion Green Technologies Global (DGTG). In recent weeks, DGTG has increasingly been becoming more open about what has been going on with their technology development with their presentations at NI Week, ICCF-17, and now this interview with Mr. Hadjichristos. Earlier this year, DGTG made big promises about releasing the results of independent testing and suddenly became nearly silent (shut down their public forums), and seemed to only talk about their business plans rather than their technology and testing results. It is refreshing to see Mr. Hadjichristos acknowledging problems along the way, and gives his take on their split with Rossi.
Perhaps it has been a good thing for them to have failure at securing investors. Now, they seem to be reaching out more to the community of other LENR researchers and seem to be beginning to understand it’s better to say “we have something, but we also have some problems and there is more work to do” rather than talking solely about business strategies and plans to release results when they’re certain it will be to their advantage. They also re-opened their forums awhile back, which is another positive step towards engaging the community. It is pleasing to see a shift from PR speak to a more realistic explanation of problems and successes that DGTG has experienced with their work. Hopefully they will continue this approach, and not shift back to their previous approach. A internal company motto along the lines of “technology first, business later,” would be the best approach to take in my opinion.
