Dale Basgall continues his explanation of the operation of the control system of the Universal LENR Reactor in the presentation below.
This LENR mechanics seems amazing by the variables possible, they are contrived mentally and have no actual substance in fact. They are claims at this point and there is no one claiming a method to start the reaction.
Celani published his work and there are several patents issued for LENR fuel, however not a useful product yet. So
all the patents issued and applied for are simply hints something is worth looking into.
Important is that someone gives in text what they feel the LENR should start at. Many opinions are good when no one actually knows what’s going on and this is the case with LENR experiments.
